"What are Systems and Why Do My Clients Need Them?" with Catharine Murphy, Certified Professional Organizer, Process Improvement Engineer, MSCS


In this presentation, Catharine explains why businesses need to define their operations in optimized, repeatable systems.  She explains the considerations for creating and documenting the systems and then outlines steps to implement the process improvements.
