Program Description

Organizing with the Highly Sensitive

Did you know that the temperament trait of high sensitivity is found in about 1 in 5 people? I believe it is much higher in the organizing community. Do you notice details and naturally empathize with your customers? Do you sometimes feel emotionally exhausted or get stuck in analysis paralysis? This trait affects our lives and businesses and how we deal with clients. It comes with incredible strengths and some struggles. Find out if you’re highly sensitive and what this could mean to how you design your work and life, and importantly, learn how to better serve your sensitive customers. You’ll see why sensitivity deserves to be celebrated!

Attendees will come away with an understanding of:

- what high sensitivity means

- if they might be highly sensitive

- a breakdown of The SEED Model (TM) of High Sensitivity

- ways in which to better serve highly sensitive clients
